I've downloaded the app. used it and here are a few findings.
Adding db, cancel if you're done isn't professional hen it comes to a neat workflow.
The app itself has a very confusing GUI, it should be atleast a full screen app with a Knowledgebase built in.
Even with the apps with good knowledge base, there should be a ticker that keeps repeating the possibilities that can be achieved with the app and it should be a banner within the fullscreen as these multiple banners do set the tone of using the app and if the relevant person who needs the app, for instance, the target market needs it, they'll be glad seeing such info there as even pros can't remember everything.

Once the App saves 1 record in database. It doesn't sweep clean the fields when we click add another
