Hello ichsnmuhammad14 here, Done all four steps.
1. Filled the form
2. Replied here on this forum post
3. Installed the app and tested on web browser, (unable to log in on application, it's not working)
4. Filled the feedback form.
I have tested and it works fine on my PC.
the app works like a local server.
